I don't know the official word on who should be drinking it, but it definitely has the vibe of OLD. The yogurt thing added on just shows ignorance and that isn't OK either. As for acceptable intake of beverages meant for another age group, I will vouch for adults drinking Pedialyte, I haven't tried it but I've heard it is awesome to stave off a hangover.
